While transfering utilities a good rule of thumb is get all your transfering done in one day to avoid confusion. Always get a final reading from your old home from the gas, water and light meters. Always supply your old companies with your new home address. Also remember to make sure you get your deposits back!! Money you didn’t expect is always a nice surprise!
